Terms & Conditions

Please Carefully Read Our Terms

AzzureFreight is a licensed and secured freight brokerage and third-party logistics provider (3PL).

AzzureFreight is a Freight Logistics Company operating as a “Freight Broker” and is licensed by the Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMSCA) and other government agencies as required by law. Customer is the party using AzzureFreights website and or services. By electing to use AzzureFreight’s website and services, Customer agrees to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS which no agent or employee of the parties may alter.

We strive to make everything simple for you here at AzzureFreight, terms and conditions included. Rather than bogging you down with pages and pages of confusing technical jargon that is impossible to read, we’ve kept it simple and to the point with only six pages of information to make the shipping process more smooth and efficient for you.

Before booking a shipment, one should thoroughly look over the terms and conditions to ensure there is a clear understanding of AzzureFreight’s booking protocol. Bookmark, print or favorite this page to have it on hand during your shipping process, should any questions arise.

Most importantly, read over the definition of freight brokerage which details that the customer acknowledges that AzzureFreight is a Freight Broker and NOT a Freight Carrier. Acting as a broker between the Customer and Carrier, AzzureFreight provides access to carrier rates and carrier services. Knowing this piece of information helps to avoid a lot of confusion about what AzzureFreight does and doesn’t do. In simple terms, we never lay hands on your freight. We simply are a means of finding the best possible shipping solution for your shipment, which we accomplish through our negotiated rates, knowledgeable agents and easy to use booking process.

In addition, one should read over the definition of a freight carrier which acknowledges that a freight carrier is a dually licensed and registered company that provides the actual transportation of Customer’s shipment. The Freight Carrier(s) is/are subject to all state and federal laws and regulations applicable to the transportation of this shipment. Customer understands and agrees that the Freight Carrier(s) that actually transport the shipment(s) is/are exclusively responsible for the transportation and delivery of Customer’s shipment. Freight Center is not a freight carrier. Instead, we book freight carriers to deliver your freight, which is where the term 3PL comes into play.

Please keep in mind that the acceptance of AzzureFreight’s TERMS and CONDITIONS is redundantly required in the course of booking each shipment.

Since the logistics industry is so technical and complex, especially to someone unfamiliar with the trade, AzzureFreight’s terms and conditions are a great place to resort back to if you have any questions or confusion about what a certain term means.
